Earlier this month I (Demetris) published Omni Carousel on npm.
Omni Carousel is a JavaScript library that enhances scrollable areas with carousel-like features. It is meant to be used for CSS-only carousels that are already functional without JavaScript, and adds the things that are impossible to do in the browser without JavaScript.
